I was doing very good the last two weeks, and I recently have been told that my grandfather was on life support. Two days ago, they pulled the plug for life support and now he is at hospice care. I saw him today, and I could not believe what is happening to him. Currently, he is on his death bed, and I have a feeling he'll only have a few days left which absolutely kills me. I had to say my goodbye's and I told him I loved him and I was happy that he was in my life... Ever since COVID started it was very hard to see him at the nursing home. I wish I got to spend time with him but it's too late. I don't even know what to say or feel at the moment. I'm in complete denial however... it hurts me badly that I have to watch a family member struggle and be in pain in their final moments... This sucks so much and I am unsure what to do right now.
