Due to chronic pain from arthritis, it has become hard for me to stay on my feet for an extensive amount of time. I can stand it for a while, but then it becomes burning and aching pain from the hips down. I have been thinking about investing in a wheelchair because many pain-relief medications cannot be taken with the meds I am already on. I just want something foldable and light so I can bring it with me if I know the people I am with are about to be walking a lot. Any thoughts or advice for this transition?
