Does anyone else get weakness and tiredness out of no where?

Yes !! I have other conditions but when I reported this. I was floored when they said mental thinking can fatigue you? To try and not engage with mental activity over twenty minutes at a time ?? I have long Covid to but that was a tough pill to swallow … I’m an ER RN out of work but uhm thinking that’s my thing lol
