Dealing with Fatigue and Overwhelm

Yeah, I always feel like I have it since I’m not able to exercise that much. And that fatigue from not working out on top of my sleep apnea is kind of a double edge sword, because I’m too tired to work out and I don’t have the oxygen give me enough to work out. I knew they said the struggle is real, but this is crazy.

I am a teacher with a month left. Trying to figure out fatigue tips
