I want to try and better myself every single day, yet I always find it a struggle. How do I keep my head up and stay positive?

well, what i do is literally set a goal. it is the small things that add up to that one big thing. so i celebrate the little things, and then when the big thing comes I set another goal. I hope you're not transphobic, but my goal is to get top surgery. to live and become the person that I am. and I celebrate the little things until I get there.

feeling similar for similar reasons ❤️ it's so hard but even just having the intention to change/better yourself everyday is already great. we're only human and will make mistakes but the strides youre taking are so meaningful. don't be too hard on yourself.

@busy_bee struggles that others keep pushing me to fix. I know that I should tell them that it’s not my responsibility to fix their problems, but also don’t want to ruin my relationships with them. That’s the main one. And also just having the energy to stay positive.
@wilted_da1sies I have dealt with a similar problem but what is more important is doing stuff you love and being yourself practicing slef love and care is very important if they leave that just shows they were using you for help and that is not ok you need to always remember that you are important and no one should make you feel otherwise
