Hello Quick question Does anyone have any recommendations for pain relief? These cramps are killer and I've never found anything that helps me.

      @Bobbybiy I use cannabis, however it's very hard to get a medical card in my state.

      My doctor got me a muscle relaxer as a suppository for my periods. Also heat pad and I've heard drinking water can help. Pamprin is a muscle relaxer/pain killer that works for me.

      I know medical cannabis can seem crazy or rebellious but I’m literally the most straight laced Mormon and this has saved my life. My cramps can only be relieved by it. Endometriosis affects the endocannabinoid system guess what else affects the endoCANNABInoid system? Please just consider it like I did 4 years ago, it might just be the answer.

      I use medical marijuana for most of mine. It also helps my endo to avoid eating tomatoes, peanuts, carrots, and white potatoes. 🖤

      Pressure and heating pad help me. So laying on my stomach with a pillow underneath or even putting a pillow ontop of a heating pad
