if you have bedding that has a comforter/duvet AND a top sheet, use the top sheet. having that insulating layer under a big heavy blanket has been life changing for me. also putting a heating pad on my lower back

This last winter I got a hot water bottle to place under my feet and legs while I was lounging. It was soooo helpful!
