Tips for dealing with cold hands and feet?

I’m really struggling with cold hands and feet, have been using a hot water bottle but it’s not very effective, does anyone have any suggestions or tips for things that work for them thanks

Hello! I have issues with my leg and it’s gets really cold sometimes I use a heating pad and that helps a lot! I’m looking for some friends and people with common symptoms, people to talk with, feel free to message me if you ever need advice!
