Does anyone else get added stomach pain and nausea from taking their meds, I’m fed by Tpn through my picc line and I have a g tube for draining and venting but I’m still not really able to eat solids. But recently meds have really been upsetting my stomach to the point where I don’t take them.

Ooh for sure. I have to eat something with meds but even that doesn't help sometimes - and it sounds like that isn't an option for you anyway! Is it possible for you to crush your meds and feed them into your g tube?

Yeah, I struggle with this too. Doctors have told me to eat with the meds, which I’m not sure would work for TPN. I’ve also been on a medication that coats your stomach before-hand to protect & lesson symptoms. Whether or not those options work, I know there are many other things that can help you. And I hope that day is sooner then later. The community of chronic illness always have your back, and we’re here to make you feel less alone. Gastroparesis won’t win this battle :)
