Every night I can't fall asleep, most nights I have to take benadryl as well as put 3 types of prescription strength creams on, 800 mg of ibuprofen, and 650 mg of Tylenol. I think that's because I also have POTS, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, Migraine, and Endometriosis as well-
