i’m off my adhd meds and i hate it. i hate it so much. there’s an adderall shortage and it’s fucking with my brain now. even my sleep schedule being off can cause episodes but going cold turkey off a meditation??? oh my god. it’s been weeks without it and i’ve been crying for hours for like no reason. i feel so unloved.
