Frustration with Narcolepsy Medication: Constant Ups and Downs

i’m feeling so frustrated. I take adderall for narcolepsy, other meds aren’t as helpful for my daytime sleepiness. I take it twice a day. it’s irritating that my days are just /\/\/\ and my energy and mood is up and down all day. when it’s just starting to kick in I CANNOT stop talking and I annoy myself and everyone around me. it’s so hard to feel like a nuisance all the time, like everyone wishes you would shut up. my parents have a hard time understanding how this is difficult for me. They sometimes react like i’m too much or too annoying for them to deal with and they don’t want to talk to me. it’s so upsetting :( I don’t have the option to not take adderall, if I don’t take it I can’t drive, I basically sleep all day, i’m irritable, etc. sucks.
