    I go to Walmart and get Turmeric/Curcumin from Spring Valley. It comes in a 250ct bottle very cheap under 10.00$. And I take 2 in the morning and two at night. It fights severe inflammation that I have from severe fibromyalgia. If you want to see how good it works take it for a couple of weeks and then stop and the pain will freak you out how good it works 😁

    Magnesium helps me and I also find turmeric helpful. I take magnesium daily and turmeric in a flare. Turmeric is absorbed better by your body if it has ginger and or turmeric with it.

    I also have found what I don’t eat is more important than what I do eat. Lots of foods can trigger inflammation and pain
