Vitamin D, magnesium, and PROBIOTICS. Gummies work fine. Aspercreme is a good topical if the pain is more superficial [closer to the skin than something like hip or inner ankle pain]

Magnesium, ashwaghanda, 5-HTP, and vitamin D! Fibro cream sounds cool though thanks for the tip!

I’ve had some positive experiences with ashwaghanda and black seed oil! They also seem to help combat the anxiety that comes along with high levels of chronic pain.

I use a topical cream called real time pain relief. It works really well! It is one thing that helps my flare ups.

I take magnesium, but I try to get potassium from food. Someone suggested a product to me called Fibro cream. She swears by it, but I haven't tried it.
