Scared of Cimzia injections, need advice

I haven't seen much difference yet but Cimzia is great because the possible side effects are much less scary than other biologics! Giving yourself shots can be very hard mentally but don't be afraid to do it. As long as you are injecting it into fat and tissue, there isn't much you can do wrong that will have any sort of lasting impact. My biggest struggle with giving myself shots is getting out of my head. If I just do it, I'm fine. It's when I think about it too much that I struggle.
