Dealing with Humira Injections and Pain Relief

I’m starting Humira injections, I’m so afraid of needles and the thought that I have to deal with them all the time is making me crazy. Are there any other options for pain relief and disease management ?

There are other biologics/bio similar available in a pill form! Like Rinvoq is one you could ask your rheum about. Those drugs are newer though so they could be hard to get approved through insurance. Medical cannabis really helps my pain ☺️
