Struggling with Chronic Illness and Medical Trauma

I have several problems and most of the time these days, I have to see a specialist. I used to be able to see one or two and they were pretty much able to help me. Now, none of them keep the others informed so I feel like only one two of my medical problems get addressed. So I tend to not really believe a lot of what the doctors tell me.

Seen so many doctors with so little help, so mostly I have little to no faith in doctors. I've taught myself to find the ones that actually know what they're talking about, and not be afraid to ditch the ones that don't.

Yeah basically I have a bunch of chronic problems but my medical phobia makes it hard for me to go get stuff sorted

Not sure this is exactly what you mean but I do have a fear that every time I go to doctor that there will be something new wrong with me. I also have a certain type of cancer that isn't currently active that could attack my liver and kill me so I'm always requesting bloodwork when I see doctor. I only always request it since when it was first discovered I wasn't told it was nothing to worry about so I feared for my life that I was dieing for a couple months before seeing specialist
