So I've been struggling with motivation to get my school work done and it's really effecting my grade, what should I do?

work for 25min then break for 5 minute and longer break after 4x. Defo websites and apps to do the timers for you, and to change the intervals to fit ur attention span. As for motivation, i try to rember how everything i do now will help future me. like: If i get some of this assignemnt done this afternoon, itll be less hard to finish it less week. Or if i do this today ill just spend all the time inbetween stressed out over it. I usually have to break this down into very small chunks to get my brain to believe i have to do the things when i plan to do them, otherwise ill be too confident i have enough time and will put them off anyway. Its still a struggle with focus after that, but its something. And breaking it into small chunks helps since its almost the end if the semester im guessing youre behind on things. When im in that situation i do a triage, what's going to make the biggest difference AND what can i realistically do, and start that way. That way if you end up running put of time you can still have done a decent amount to boost your grade, and it makes starting feel less intimidating than going in with the plan to do every last thing in order.

Some people try and use the pomodoro technique

If there's an after school program, I really reccomend staying after every so often (whenever you need to get work done). I've found that it really helps me if I have a specific work place (basically just a spot to get work done, that's not associated with anything else), and freedom to work on what I need in whatever order/pace is best for me. Hope this helps ♡♡
