hi, I've been dealing with chronic fatigue for over a year and wanted to get a head start into looking at my symptoms. I often wake up tired, have brain fog (forget words in middle of sentences) extremely exhausted after I eat, I even feel faint when I gain weight. constant low blood sugar feeling and i have a hard time getting through the day without wanting to nap.

Hello there. I can totally relate to your symptoms. I've had these symptoms too which eventually affected my day to day life. After seeing my doctor he refered me to the CFS clinic , after my initial assessment which was an hour long ( I was asked dozens of questions) and they confirmed that I have CFS. Being diagnosed just recently I'm trying to understand this . However my symptoms come in episodes , for example I'll be tiered and completely sleepy and anxious and havr brain fog for like 10 days straight then for few days I feel like am normal. Anyone experiencing similar ?
