Alternative treatments for fibromyalgia?

I take over the counter meds but when it get real bad it's always on the weekend and the middle of the night

I use a TENS unit every night. I know a lot of Fibromyalgia people cannot tolerate e-stim, but it has been a God send for me.

That say slowly do stretching, and walking . But it hurts my feet and knees to walk .

I use heat or ice, rest, creams and, occasionally, tylenol. Took a carload of ibuprofen over the years... am convinced that is why, 25 years in, I deveoped severe IBS. Be very careful with ibuprofen!

Wild yam cream helps with pain. Only apply to the same spot every 3 days to avoid saturation.

Voltaren and CALM magnesium gummies are big helps. CBD, too.

Try taking a moderate dose of magnesium and vitamin d.

Try white willow bark liquid and see if it helps
