Scared of My Neurologist's Sleep Study Order

The sleep study was good the tech was so patient with me and made me feel Comfortable

Now I feel comfortable about going to do the test

They can learn allot from sleep study's. I'm waiting 4 mine 2 offer 1 to me. Had sleep issues most my life. But because I control it with medical marijuana and now I sleep they don't bat an eye. But if I don't use it I'm either NOT sleeping or sleeping 20hrs a day. And not refreshed at all. My REM sleep doesn't work well. Look at it as a learning experience, even if they don't find anything at least u can cross that off the list. Bring some relaxing music a good book or whatever u like 2 do at bedtime, make it a little vaca. I personally love some peace and quiet and alone time. 😁 Good luck hunny.

I’m just fearful of the unknown

I have not done the sleep test but I have taken a neuro-test for seizures and it was not as bad as I thought it would be. Just relax, trust your neurologist is looking out for you and that you’re more resilient than you might know right now. What questions do you have?
