Anxious About My First Sleep Study Without My Husband

I've had a couple sleep studies, I can't say I slept all that well for either of them but they were able to observe me sleeping for a few hours. I think the challenges I had were trying to sleep off my regular sleep schedule, being hooked up to a bunch of wires, and sleeping somewhere unfamiliar. Being watched felt weird at first but it's not really a personal thing it's more to put context to the machines measurements and note any relevant observations. Working with them to hook up the machines actually built some trust for me. Any way I hope your sleep study goes well and that it's conclusive.
