yes I def agree the mix of anxiety and health issues are such a bad combo and feed off each other it’s has left me feeling kinda “stuck” and I just feel so desperate to find some kind of way to get to a better place - thank you for the kind words

Hi Laur! You’re definitely not alone, I also have felt pretty isolated (partially because of my anxiety and partially because of my other health problems) but that’s why we’re all here isn’t it? So that we don’t stay isolated! I’m here if you need to chat 😄
