Questioning my mental health because everything feels too big for my body and I just want to be transcendent, floating in and around and having fun and loving myself. Every time I question if I have BPD, I feel soo heavy and want to cry. But I don’t know if I have ADHD and/or Autism, and trying to get an answer from the docs is like pulling teeth.
