I'm sorry you're experiencing this :( I can relate entirely. Agreed with Spickle, and another thing I would recommend is finding a creative outlet that you can channel some of what you're experiencing into, like drawing, painting, writing or journaling. Another thing I do when my thoughts get more overwhelming than I can handle is let it out physically, like by going for a walk or pacing around my house, and screaming into a pillow if I need to.
I’m so sorry you’re having to deal with that. I know it’s super hard to manage. I find it helps to keep myself distracted and stimulated by doing other things. Like listen to music or watch a show while I color. I try not to leave myself unoccupied with my thoughts. Recently I’ve gotten super into organizers and keeping inventory of my things. Maybe there’s something like that you can try
