Struggling with Depression and Health Issues

I have been there. I know it's hard and discouraging. Have you talked to a therapist or thought about medication that might help? I just got out of my 1 year depressive state and it almost nearly destroyed me. But I kept my head held high and decided enough was enough and sought out help. I am so grateful that I did. I feel so much better and I am able to be more present with my children. Depression is hard. I really hope things get better.
