I’ve been in menopause since 2019 and have had almost every symptom in the book, but the thing that bothers me the most is this odd feeling in my gut. It’s hard to describe, but it’s just an uneasy, agitated feeling that I get a lot & makes it difficult to get comfortable or sleep at night. I also have constant hot flashes. Anyone else have this feeling too? I don’t know what it is.

@Nutmegg is it a jittery feeling? That’s what I get and it’s annoying and won’t go away.
I’ve been going through perimenopause hell. What does the symptom in your stomach feel like? I get a nervous jittery feeling in my intestinal area. It’s quite annoying and bothersome.

I have had meno symptoms for 11+ years now. Every symptom you mentioned I have. Not sure but it sounds like “Anxiety”. Everything irritates me and makes me edgy and uncomfortable. I have a prescription for Alprazolam .5 mgs. I usually just take a half .250 mgs and it takes the edge off. Hopefully this helps. If you have more questions please reach out.

I have been experiencing this too but was told stomach issues were not apart of it so assuming it was my pots or autoimmune disease. Stomach problems have been the hardest
