Hot Flashes at Night: Menopausal Symptoms?

I feel so hot inside especially when i am trying to sleep, turning down my thermostat only causes chills, does not affect the heat and its worst in my lower back/abdomen, is this menopausal and what can i do to get relief?

Im getting some of those symptoms. My Gyno referred me to a Urogynecologits. They treat all of those symptoms.

Sounds like a hot flash. How long does it last? I say I'm like an oven. I start feeling it inside, like in my core, and then it's as though someone opens the oven door and all the heat comes out. I usually sweat terribly, especially at night.
