I struggle with the thought that I might never have kids because of pcos. I've tried progesterone clomid, metformin, nothing seems to be working.. my body just won't have a period. I feel like such a failure.

The best thing I ever did to conceive was reduced stress and build happy. We were 5+ years of miscarriages, it was rough. I finally quit a job, moved and began the long but worthwhile journey of loving myself. It’s worth it❤️

There are still other solutions. Surgical procedures or IVF may be the next line of treatments. I got pregnant after long fertility treatment cycles

I totally get it. It’s hard and scary and overwhelming and frustrating and like 18 other things all at once. And it’s like that everyday! It’s awful. I’ve felt those same things! I think we all have. I’m so sorry you’re going through this but you aren’t alone. For me, it’s so so important for me to just take one step, one thing, one day at a time because if I think about every single day of the rest of my life feeling like my worst day, it’s like looking down the darkest tunnel and honestly I won’t even want to get out of bed. You are doing everything you can. You’re talking to all your doctors, if you feel you need more info go for a second opinion. Want more? Get a third, fourth, fifth opinion! Whatever next step you feel you need to take to make this manageable and make you feel some progress. If your story is anything like mine, which I’m sure it is, you’ve already been through SO much. Youve had the strength to get through all that, you can get through this. I hope it gets better soon.

Hey! You are not a failure! And your limits don’t make you any less worthy. This stuff can be tricky but if you arnt on a birth control those sometimes help those with pcos get or start a menstrual cycle talking to a doctor about your wanting to conceive in the future is another good step. I used to think of myself as a freak because my body didn’t function “right” but the truth is that you are no less human and it doesn’t define you. I wish you so much luck and I hope you can get some answers.
