Lots of people have conceived though 80% of people with PCOS have fertility issues. It's really about your body though, I tried and couldn't even with meds, I've met older women (60s, 70s, ect) and I had to learn to accept that it might just not happen, but there are lots of kids that need to be adopted, so I can still be a mom.

Girl I was told that because my PCOS also had clinical presentation of Cogenital Adrenal hyperplasia (I didn’t produce progesterone to sufficient levels to ever ovulate- hence Custer over eggs lining my ovaries) that I would never have kids. Doctor put me on metformin and progesterone supps when I didnt get my period for months at 18. When my husband and I began trying to have babies when I was 23- knowing there would be a LONG road ahead, my progesterone was tested. For the FIRST time in my entire pubescent life, I started producing progesterone naturally. Doc said that clinically years of metformin has the ability to regulate hormones. It just took my body 5 years of metformin and 9 months of a vegan diet to do it. I got pregnant for the first time in 2016, have 3 healthy babies since, and am pregnant with my fourth currently. It’s possible, girl!

My docs said- run with it! Who knows how long your body will produce progesterone! And pregnancies help your body maintain it- so hence consistent pregnancies since 2016 🥰😍

My mom has PCOS too and was able to take a medication that made her ovulate so she could get pregnant with me.
