      If it’s kidney you would most likely feel a pain moving from your middle/lower back to the front near your hip. I’ve had kidney stones, and also have DDD. Unfortunately I’ve learned to tell the difference between the two pains. Sorry you have to go through it too :(

      It's kinda hard to tell the difference. I find my kidney pain it more to my side than right on my spin.
