Does anyone have any tips for dealing with intrusive thoughts? Like when I’m driving I think about driving off the road or at work I think about hurting myself with scissors or paper cutters and things. And it’s not like I necessarily want to do those things, but I get the thoughts and it’s hard to stop thinking about them
