I REALLY think I'm having a PMDD flare. and I shouldn't be !! I'm on the DEPO shot ( birthcontrol) I have ALLLLL the symptoms of having a PMDD flare up. but like I said I shouldn't be cuz the shot stops ovulation therefore I shouldn't be having these symptoms!!! I don't understand!!!!
