LADIES !!!!!!! is anyone here on the DEPO shot ? if so can you guys tell me when it gets close to getting your next shot do you experience ovulation symptoms ?! such as cramps, spotting (brown/ redish brown ), worsening in mental health , breast pain and if you have pmdd a trigger of pmdd ?! I'm about a week out from my next depo shot and all this is happening is this normal ?!
