When Will Iron Infusions Start to Work?

Unfortunately when I had iron infusions they never did anything for me and then they started making me sick

I had iron infusion in 2012 and I recall it taking at least 4-6 weeks to begin to feel any ‘oomph’. I hadn’t had infusions since then but am starting again in February 10 as a result of an IBD flare 😥

2 weeks atleast

It can take a few weeks until you feel better. If you don't feel any improvement, you should repeat the blood tests and check if you may need further treatment.
