I recently moved to Florida to get better care for my health issues. the one I'm struggling the most with is my endometriosis. when I have flare ups it lasts for months of bleeding with labor pain cramps since I had a cesarean birth 2 years ago. I was diagnosed with it not to long ago and started the shot series and it was working till I missed the second shot bc of my other health issues. I know there is no cure for this but what can I do to manage the pain so I can enjoy my life raising my son with his step-dad?
it's very rare to be able to get pregnant with it. I was lucky enough to carry him to his cesarean date.
But I always had such painful cramps and abnormal bleeding. Went to a doctor in Boston he did tests and looked into my health history and told me I have endometriosis without a doubt. And it seems like it's been getting more and more painful if I miss my hormone treatment to stop the spread.
I know it sounds cliche but diet does help, pay attention to the days that you don’t feel well and avoid foods that may be a trigger. For me it’s dairy, chocolate, gluten, inflammatory foods. Vaginal Probiotics always helped me and Serrapeptase. I had the laparoscopy done when my pain was at its worse but have been reading books like Happy Hormone and Medical Medium Cleanse to Heal. Homeopathy may help too. Hopefully some of this helps you, I hope that you feel better soon.
