I just discovered a spa service that I have never heard of before today, it's a 'steam' for your vagina. It's popular for people with POS or going through menapause. I talk to lots of businesses for my job, I asked what the business does so I could tell her what tax classification to report under. I told her I learned something new today.

Personally, continuous birth control helped for a long time for me (continuous meaning you skip placebos to stop having periods altogether). But I have since got other diagnoses that make it so I can’t take birth control at all any more so I am getting a hysterectomy later this year.

@Maggs I have tried the birth control low estrogen and it helps some but the pain is still bad

@Bear1981 did you take it continuously? It didn’t relieve my pain until I did that… I had zero periods for years.

I got a hysterectomy and left my ovaries in so I wouldn’t go into menopause. Well worth it in my experience.
