Blaming me for needing space during a tough time

We broke up. He blamed everything on me because I needed too much space this week due to my nan being ill and going through a lot mentally... He said he spent so much time to understand my conditions, but it seriously didn't show. His simple explanation for not having good hygiene was "Because I am lazy and still lazy now" and tried to blame everything on Autism when he's not even diagnosed...like he could've said it in a better way. I've said things like "I struggle with processing information and take a little longer to respond, please give me time" I'm glad I can focus on myself now because he's just given me so much grief.
