have had uc since late 1983. have been on prednisone on and off as needed, mesalamine, melatonin, naltrexone and used humira and entyvio. these last two biologics worked for a year and then quit working. Saw a research paper on TUDCA and work was starting to evaluate it for uc. i have been taking one 250mg capsule per day of TUDCA after breakfast for over 1.5 years. My symptoms are entirely gone. Worth exploring for all with uc. it's inexpensive, otc and the most effective treatment i've ever used.
