Has anyone tried budesonide for Crohn's flare ups?

I used to take prednisone for flares but now don’t respond well due to side effects. Has anyone taken budesonide for flare ups? How has it helped?

I hear good things about the Mesalamine suppositories. Fair warning, Budesonide is expensive ($400!) but my Medicaid paid for mine.

I LOVED Budesonide when I took it. I think it helped much faster and better than prednisone. Have you gotten it yet?
