I definitely do . Latuda helps a lot with it . I used to think my mania would ruin my life . It was so hard in my 20’s because I wasn’t properly medicated. Looking back, it’s easy to see how much of my mania manifested as anger . CBT and journaling has also helped with recognizing when I get angry and stopping myself in my tracks . I hope that helps 😊

I’ve heard abilify might help with this

Something I've learned to help decipher of im being unreasonable or not is to take a day to think about anything that makes me Really angry. I find that after just a few hours I calm down enough to think clearer, and sometimes after the full day I realize I was angry over nothing and was just missing some context to the situation or misread something. It can be really hard to talk yourself down enough to not immediately react, but practice helps! I've also gotten comfortable apologizing for my actions, even if it's weeks later I feel like taking responsibility for your actions is really important

Hobgoblin wow ok I thought I was the only one who experienced that! It is definitely not a good head space to be in 😩😩😩

I definitely get a lot angrier when I'm manic. Very short temper with little patience for anything that even mildly upsets me. I hate being in that headspace because I don't know I'm getting angry over nothing until after it's too late and I already blew up at someone I cared about :/
