I have been struggling a lot with my anger and trying to control myself and stay positive. it has come to the point where I have stopped taking my meds and am struggling with even the smallest of daily task. what am I to do...

      Go to a therapist for anger management. I also gave dealt with anger, sometimes to the point that it was/is explosive or I’d black out. I went to a therapist as a teen, but it didn’t really stick. So as an early adult, I was required to go by my counselor at college due to my slow decline in academics and the fact that I got into with some people that would just make me mad. Best thing that could’ve ever happened to me. I opened up my mind and allowed myself to learn and feel what peace is, and I’ve been doing my best ever since.

      I wouldn't suggest smoking, it made things worst for me. Gave me panic attacks, caused so many problems, made me angrier. It's not for everyone.
