I randomly started getting an EDS flare-up and previous injuries I have had are starting to hurt again. I am in a lot of pain and was wondering what you all do to get through it and prevent future flare-ups?

Flare ups are the worst. I usually get it all threw my body. Aches and pains....baths help, I push my body alot and I shouldn't so on flare up days I take a few days off from doing things I normally do! Just take it easy!

Find a faith you like and start praying š In all seriousness my experience has been that flares gonna flare and they won't always have a reason. That being said, flares do seem to reliably come up after good days when I have the audacity to move around and do things and *maybe* push myself harder than I should. Knowing your limits is always helpful and don't be afraid to take breaks when your body needs it
