      its terrifying. I was diagnosed with bpd last year.. my brain shut down after...an event and i tried to avoid the fact that it was because of bpd. I finally listened to my doctor's and.. i researched it.. I dont know.. i just.. crumbled. I shattered into a million pieces all over again.. because there's nothing I can do to reverse what I had done.

        @Asteroidrose I know that feeling, unfortunatelyšŸ˜…A good way to look at it is to view yourself as a survivor and always find ways to cope with it and to overcome it. If you have access to therapy, Iā€™d definitely recommend it. Iā€™d also recommend mindfulness exercises, breathing exercises, journaling, and taking time to go do things you enjoyšŸ˜Š

      Hey, I struggle with anxiety for some years. Itā€™s not easy but Iā€™m glad that finally it became an issue that people are not ashamed of anymore
