Are you able to exercise? If yes, how often and how intense? Do you crash after a workout?

I bought one of those under desk bike peddler things and aim to use it every other day for 30 minutes like my cardiologist suggests but it's really hard sometimes bc of fatigue and dizziness šŸ™ƒ Especially during school when I'm busy at college I physically can't do it, didn't exercise at all last semester bc of a brutal class schedule. When I do exercise it's just intense enough to get my heart going (which tbh isn't that hard to do). Depending on how I feel that day the immediate well-enough-to-shower recovery can be anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, totally feel you on the crash part. I exercise at night bc I can hardly function for hours afterwards. I've also been advised to do floor pilates or something similar for 15 minutes which is a gentler exercise for the easily faint - I defintely recommend looking into that if you want, I watch YouTube floor pilate videos aimed towards older folks or beginners and it's pretty doable for me with some breaks

No not anymore šŸ˜ walking inside my own house is becoming a struggle. I constantly get very faint and even pass out if I'm pressured into doing more.
