I’d say try a lot of sitting machines if you’ve got access & endurance to get to a gym. If not, 5 minutes a day doing exercises that feel like they’re hardly exercising much at all, (if that’s walking, a few crunches, a plank, squats, Russian twists- whatever feels good) because it’s still exercise and your muscles still consider it as such. Over time, your mind will still associate that youre a person who gets to work out even if it is 5 minutes (good for training your muscles and a GREAT reward system for a happy brain bc u get to check off a goal 😝). If the 5 minutes gets manageable as time progresses, you can add more time in increments of 5 and try to come up with exercise routines/habits you can manage within that time frame. Whether u do each workout a minute straight and move on, or do like 2 or 3 reps of 5-10 of each exercise (whatever fits in your time frame). I do advise starting with 5 or 10 minutes though! So you can be proud of and extend grace to your body💝💝💝 Happy healing!

Unfortunately I don’t have anything helpful to say, but this is something I struggle with! I hate how I feel after exercise, but I know it’s good for me. If I do high intensity exercise it’s almost impossible for me to get through the brain fog the rest of that day and it takes days to recover.
