Paranoia and Overthinking: How to Cope

Remind yourself every time this happens that they could be in the middle of an important convo with someone, feeling overwhelmed to talk to anyone else right now or just hopped on for a quick look but is busy and doesn’t have time to chat. There are multiple reasons why someone doesn’t reply straight away. I don’t always reply straight away because some messages take my though therefore more brain power than others to reply. It’s not always because they are ignoring you or don’t want to speak to you. Every time you remind yourself of that, it will help to retrain your thoughts and you’ll feel less upset ❤️

Ik what that feels like I face it all the time I’m horrible at advice but I’ve got one true friend she doesn’t answer all the time but that’s because she’s busy working but soon as she gets the chance to answer she is straight to me all I can say if you have 1 true friend try to go on in life with that 1 true friend and let others betray you it’s there loss not yours there just idiots that don’t give a toss about anyone but themselves good luck
