      Also many of us have genetic mutations they don't even know unless tested. Our family gene mecp2 on the retts syndrome spectrum has many of the conditions I suffer. Even if u know, you still got to find a way to treat both mental and physical symptoms. This is my ongoing challenge. I'm looking for input from others

        @kaboom try getting your DNA tested for the MTHF gene mutation. I have it and they can fix it with a foid additive. Changed my life. I don't have a it more energy but I'm not severely depressed & I can be a little more positive about everything I wouldn't even be online if it wasn't for them finding that mutation. I was a self-hating zombie who are sugar and watched TV, all day. Life isn't great but it us much better dance I started taking Deplin. Ask your doc about it.

      I was born tired. So I say it's genetic root cause for most of my conditions. OF course environment plays a role.
