Over the past 12 months, I have made real progress and a whole sense of true healing. what a blessing. The rest of this year, the focus will be to work on my physical conditions while maintaining my inner self. Started physical therapy yesterday and struggled to walk back to my Jeep after the appointment. Was nearly in tears and extreme spinal and hip pain when I got in, but I was proud of myself for not being discouraged and after a good rest, I got back up and finished my day.
