I am beginning my healing journey and I really really want to stay consistent with it… does anyone have any tips and reminders that have helped you stay on track? I start my therapy sessions this week so I am able to have a safe space to unpack everything I’ve been holding onto.
Hi, first of all, I will say that I am really proud of you for your ability to start this journey of self-healing. it's not easy. I can say what helped me the most was always remembering the purpose for which I do this, for my wife and children, so that I can see them grow up, and that I can grow old together with my wife. Otherwise, all this is worth nothing.
