I am beginning my healing journey and I really really want to stay consistent with it… does anyone have any tips and reminders that have helped you stay on track? I start my therapy sessions this week so I am able to have a safe space to unpack everything I’ve been holding onto.

I can say what helped me the most was always remembering the purpose for which I do this, for my wife and children, so that I can see them grow up, and that I can grow old together with my wife.
